The Kennel Technician is the foundational role for daily operations at Riverview Kennels. Kennel Techs serve the team in the following areas of responsibility:
Housekeeping:
Our facility is pristine thanks to the hard work and pride of our Kennel Technicians. Every run is cleaned, disinfected, and deodorized daily. Love for our canine & feline guests begins with cleaning.
Meals & Refreshments:
Fresh, clean water and individual meals keep our dog guests barking for more. Snacks and treats are also delivered by order or as needed.
Yard Duty:
Supervising playgroups in our grassy yards, keeping spaces free of poop, and playing fetch and frisbee.
Dog Walks & Personal Time:
Who needs a gym membership when you walk so many miles daily on leashed forest walks and personal times?
Dog Friend Matchmaker:
Learn advanced dog body language and canine behavior skills that will prepare you to form dog friend packs.
