DOG BOARDING

The outside temperature isn’t a concern at Riverview Kennels. Each of our buildings are temperature-controlled for maximum comfort. Your canines will be well taken care of when it comes to temperature.

Every dog (or family of dogs) gets their own spacious run with both indoor and outdoor access. Each run is large enough for multiple family dogs to enjoy comfortably.

We have four, large, grassy yards for our canine friends to run, play, and let loose. Every dog enjoys access to the grassy yards three times a day as part of their stay. Socially acclimated dogs get more time in the.yards.

We provide comfortable bedding for each dog that stays overnight with us (as long as they aren’t chewers). Many dog owners also like to bring their own bedding to add more familiarity. We ask that personal items be limited to three each.

Each morning shift we clean our entire facility. Each run, hallway, and common area is cleaned and disinfected. Maintaining a healthy environment for each canine guest is one of our top priorities.

We require up-to-date shot records for every dog that stays at Riverview Kennels. Vaccines must be administered at least one week prior to a dog’s stay. Written proof of vaccination is required for DHLPP, Bordetella (Canine Cough), & Rabies.

Our complimentary, house dog food is Diamond Lamb & Rice. You may also bring your own food and treats— special diets are not a problem. Our normal schedule includes morning and late afternoon feedings, but special routines can also be accommodated when requested.

If your pet is on any medications we will try to administer them as closely to your schedule as possible. We do not charge for medications given during business hours.

We offer add-on activities for a small fee. These include leashed forest walks, fetch, frisbee, one-on-one time, lick mats, stuffed Kongs, cuddles, and IQ puzzles.
